• The final open day of the season will be Sunday, October 18.
• No pool key cards will not be activated for this year. We will have a gate monitor providing access to the pool. The gate monitor will have a list of owners and each owner a photo ID to match to the owner list to enter the pool. Renters/tenants may access by providing a utility bill showing their name (verified by photo ID) along with the property address. Access will be first come first serve. If 50% capacity is reached, no one enters until someone leaves.
• Upon entry, the responsible owner/tenant will be required to complete and sign a community waiver, review and sign the precautions acknowledgement, and complete the gate monitor vendor waiver. The vendor waiver can be completed with your mobile device.
• Maintaining social distancing from people not in your household is required.
• All individuals age 10 and older must wear a face covering (over nose and mouth) wherever it is not feasible to maintain 6 feet of social distancing from another individual not in the same household. Face coverings are not required while the person is swimming in the pool, per Texas Department of State Health
• Kiddie pool is open, but the fountain is off until further notice.
• Do not allow entry for anyone not in your party.
• Although the gate monitor service will be disinfecting daily, by entering the pool gate, you accept all personal risks for yourself and your party.

Note that state, local and public health guidance is constantly evolving and we may need to modify our plan and procedures as needed.
