The Turtle Creek Village Owner’s Association is sponsoring a neighborhood outdoor decoration Holiday Contest. TCV neighbors and residents must be nominated by addresses to be included, with photos and voting hosted on the TCV website.
The contest will have 2 categories with 4 winners.
Single Family
- First Place receives a $100 Gift Card and a 1st Place yard sign.
- Second Place receives a $75 Gift Card and a 2nd Place yard sign.
- Third Place receives a $50 Gift Card and a 3rd Place yard sign.
Townhome
- First Place receives a $50 Gift Card and a 1st Place yard sign.

This contest is presented and governed by the TCV Social Committee. Any questions or issues not addressed by the following contest description or by a subsequent contest notice will be addressed by the committee, if needed.
2025 TCV Holiday Contest Timeline
Online Nomination Period
- Nominations may be submitted online using the 2025 Nomination Form beginning 8:00 a.m., Monday, December 8, 2025.
- All nominations must be received no later than 11:59 p.m., Saturday, December 13, 2025.
Online Voting Period
- Submitted nominations (and photos) will be posted on the 2025 TCV Holiday Contest page.
- Votes may be submitted online using the 2025 Voting Form beginning no later than 8:00 a.m., Monday, December 15, 2025.
- All online votes must be received no later than 11:59 p.m., Friday, December 19, 2025.
Winners Announcement
- Winners will be notified by email and announced on the TCV website Saturday, December 20, 2025.

TCV Holiday Contest Nominations |
All Single Family and Townhome TCV addresses are eligible and encouraged to participate.
- You may nominate yourself or any neighbor, regardless of occupancy type (owner or tenant).
- Nominations (information and photos) may be submitted online using the 2025 Nomination Form.
- You may submit multiple nominations, using the 2025 Nomination Form.
- Nominations will post on the 2025 TCV Holiday Contest Nominations page and will be identified by address, not by owner/tenant name.
Completed nominations must include the following:

Required The name and TCV address of the submitter.
Photo Note: The committee is not responsible for taking photos of nominations. The nomination form requires you to attach 1 digital photo, with the option to attach 2 additional photos. Additional photos may post smaller than the required photo. If needed, the committee will, in its sole discretion, choose which photos to post.

TCV Holiday Contest Voting |
Votes may be submitted online using the
2025 Voting Form. All votes must be received during the voting period defined below.
- Online voting does not require a TCV website log-in.
- Using the 2025 Voting Form, you may include up to 3 Single Family nominations and 1 Townhome nomination in each vote/submission.
- Voting period announcements will be noticed as described in Contest Notifications.
- Beginning: 8:00 a.m., Monday, December 15, 2025
- Closing: 11:59 p.m., Friday, December 19, 2025

TCV Holiday Contest Winners |
Contest winners are determined by the total number of votes received via the 2025 Voting Form.
Winning nominees will be notified directly using the contact method provided in the nomination. A Board member will coordinate delivery or pick up of the winner’s gift card and the 1st-, 2nd-, or 3rd-Place yard sign.
