Turtle Creek Village is a master-planned, mixed-use community that welcomed its first homeowner in 2003.  The community consists of 426 single-family homes, 48 townhomes, 92 condominiums, and 12 common properties. 

 
Our diverse neighborhood is comprised of a variety of family types from singles to families with multiple children, and in every stage of life from first-time homeowners to retirees. Along with quiet streets and walking trails, the neighborhood offers several open park areas, a large community pool, and a playscape area. 

 
Turtle Creek Village is in the Round Rock ISD. Callison Elementary (K-5) is adjacent to one section of the neighborhood, allowing some students to walk or bike to school. Our pre-teen and teenage students attend CD Fulkes Middle School and Cedar Ridge High School.
