Does the Association have meetings?
YES, we do!
The Association hosts 2 types of Regularly Scheduled Meetings and 2 types of Special Meetings.
Note: All Regular and Special Meetings of the Board or Members are open to all Association Members.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings
- We host six Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors each year.
- Normally scheduled bi-monthly, second Wednesday of the month.
- We host one Regular Annual Meeting of the Members each year for the purpose(s) of:
- Recapping the year’s financials, any community improvements or plans, and other issues, as needed.
- Facilitating any Board elections or announcing any Board election results, if voting was conducted prior to the Annual Meeting.
Special Meetings may also be called at any time when the following criteria are met:
- The President of the Board of Directors may call a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors when compelled by a majority vote of all voting Board Members.
- The President of the Board of Directors may call a Special Meeting of the Members when compelled by Association Members with the submission of a petition that includes:

- A detailed outline of the reason(s) for the meeting.
- The signatures of a minimum of 10% of all voting Members (for our community, 10% equals 48).
Note: A quorum of 10% of the Members must be met at the meeting or the intended business of meeting cannot be conducted.
