Association Meetings

Does the Association have meetings?

YES, we do!

We have Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors, normally scheduled every other month, and host one Annual Meeting of the Members each year.

A Special Meeting of the Members or a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors may be called by the President of the Board of Directors, when directed by the:

Board of Directors with a majority vote.
Members with submission of a petition that:
- Outlines the reason(s) for the meeting.
- Is signed by a minimum of 10% of all voting Members.

A replacement fee applies.
All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.
