Ready to Register your New Account?

Some of our site is open to the public, while other sections of the site are for Members (owners) and their added sub-users. To view the Member-only sections, you must register a user account for the website.
You must be a named owner to register an account. After the owner is registered, they can add sub-users at their discretion.
Registering is easy.  Just follow the steps below.
To Register a User Account on our Site:
  1. In the upper-right corner, click Register to display the Registration screen.
  2. In the First Name field, enter your first name.
  3. In the Last Name field, enter your last name.
  4. In the Email Address field, enter your email address. This will also be your Username for the website.
  5. To select your property, click Click Here to Lookup Your Property.
  6. In the Property drop-down menu, select your Property Group. Options include:
    • 1701 Logan Condos
    • 711 Rolling Oak Condos
    • Lookout Tree Townhomes
    • Single-Family Homes
    • Tumlinson Fort Townhomes
  7. In the Select drop-down menu, select the address for your property. Properties are listed in numerical order by the street number.
  8. Once you've selected your address, click Select.
  9. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox and follow the Captcha instructions.
  10. Click Continue.
Your registration will be submitted for approval by the web admin. If your name does not match our owner's records, the web admin will contact you via the email address you provided for additional information.
  • Owners of multiple properties can register all properties by repeating steps 5, 6, and 7 before clicking Continue to submit their registration. 
  • If the Property has a current registered user account, a message displays when you try to select your property in the list. Contact the web admin for help.  This error occurs when a property conveys, and the previous owner does not delete their user account.

Forgot Your Username?

Your username is the email address you used to register your account.
  1. On the log-in screen, click Forgot Username.
  2. In the Email field, enter the email address you used to register your account.
  3. Click Submit.
Your username information will be emailed to you.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the log-in screen, click Forgot Password.
  2. In the Email field, enter the email address you used to register your account.
  3. Click Submit. The system will email you a link to reset your account password.
  4. When you receive the email from Turtle Creek Village, click the link provided to reset your password. The Reset Password screen displays.
  5. Enter you’re Username.
  6. Enter a New Password.
  7. Re-enter to confirm the New Password.
  8. Click Submit. A confirmation message will display if the new password is accepted.
