April 1, 2025:
What is the issue?
The HOA payment provider has been purchased by another company. This requires an update to your account settings in Smartwebs before future Auto Pay payments can successfully process.
What do you need to do?
Sign in to your Turtle Creek Village
Smartwebs account and create a new scheduled payment (Auto Pay).

This change only affects payments submitted online using the auto Pay option in your Smartwebs account.
This does not affect any other payment systems. Example: If you have automatic payments sent from your bank (sometimes referred to as Bill Pay), your payment process is not affected and remains active.
How you create a scheduled payment (Auto Pay)
- Sign in to your TCV Smartwebs account.
- On your Account Dashboard, click Auto Pay in the My Balance section.
- Enter the scheduled payment amount.
For 2025, single family dues are $55 and townhome dues are $166.
- Complete the Payment Frequency section:
For Recurrence Pattern, select Monthly, Day 1 of every 1 month.
For Range of recurrence, set Start: to 04/30/2025 and select No end date.
- Click Add to select a Payment Method.
- Select a payment method (bank account or card) and enter the payment source information.
- Add new Bank Account information includes: Account Holder, Account Type, Account Number, Routing Number, and Payer First Name and Last Name. Click Save.
- Add new Card information includes: Payer First and Last Name, card information (Card Number, Expire Date, Security Code), and billing information (First Name, Last Name, Address). Click Save.
- Confirm your selected Payment Method and Edit if needed. Also, check the Terms and Conditions check box to indicate your agreement.
- Confirm your scheduled payment details. Click Continue.
- Review the Schedule Payment details and, when confirmed accurate, click Schedule Payment.
When completed, your new scheduled payment should display on your Scheduled Payments list.

The process outlined above is set is to begin Auto Pay payments on 05/01/2025. If your 04/01/2025 payment did not draft, you must submit a one-time payment using the
Pay option in Smartwebs (located in the
My Balance section). The
Pay steps are similar to the
Auto Pay steps outlined above. You will:
- Sign in to your Smartwebs account (Step 1)
- Click Pay in the My Balance section (Step 2)
- Define your one-time payment amount (Step 3)
- Select or add your payment method (Steps 5-7)
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions (Step 7)
- Confirm your one-time payment details (Steps 8-9)
- Review and submit your one-time payment (Step 9)
