Note for condo owners:
You are copied on these communications because you are part of the Master Association and are entitled by law to the business and communications of the Master Association. However, these changes will have minimal impact on you as a condo owner in the sub association.
The condo sub association has a separate management contract with RealManage. Condo owners will still make payments, requests, and such to their RealManage property manager. The Master Association invoices your sub association manager quarterly for the portion of your monthly assessment that is owed to the Master, so there are no billing or payment changes for a condo owner.
An example impact to a condo owner would be the change in process for pool cards and access or for ACC requests. Updated waiver and request forms will be posted to the Turtle Creek website and sent out by email in the coming weeks. These forms will include new submission information for the management company change.
