Amended and Restated Bylaws

Changes/Updates include the following:
- Updated reference of "management" to "management company".
- clarified language around board meetings vs member meetings, calling of meetings, notice of meetings, special meetings, etc.
- Removed references to "Declarant".
- Changed quorum requirements to 10% - to comply with Section 22.155 of the Tex. Bus. Org. Code.
- New Adjournment of Member Meetings section.
- Defined that Board members must be registered owners.
- Added the option to expand the Board to 5 members, if needed.
- Removed ambiguous language about "sub association seat" on the Board of Directors. Sub association members can be elected to the Board, but the sub association is not reserved a specific seat.
- Added process and requirements for removing a Board member, if needed.
- Removed references to "occupant".
- Clarified language around late payments.
