Curb address painting is scheduled for the Turtle Creek

All-
At the July Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a proposal to paint curb addresses for houses and townhomes in Turtle Creek Village. This safety improvement project will help first responders locate addresses more quickly, especially at night when homes don't run their porch lights to illuminate the house numbers.
The Association has contracted with Nationwide Curb Service LLC (Nationwide) to complete the project the week of August 12-17.
Beginning Monday, August 12, please try not to block the sidewalk curbs so they can be painted on the first attempt. If blocked on the first attempt, Nationwide will return on a following day for a second attempt. If blocked on the second attempt, the house will be skipped. It will then be the owner’s responsibility to have the curb painted at their own cost.
Street numbers will be painted as follows:
- White background
- Black digits
- Painted on the curb, centered on the sidewalk outlet to the street (regardless of front-facing driveway or alley-access)
- If you’ve already had your curb address painted, the company will skip your house
Nationwide has a couple of upgrade options available to owners at the owner's cost. Owners must contact Nationwide directly at
(210) 628-9545 info@nwcurbs.com for update cost and information.
