At the end of the 2019 pool season, all pool card keys were deactivated.

 

To reactivate your existing card or to request a new or replacement card, the owner must complete and submit the updated Amenity Acknowledgement and Waiver Form. 

 

Cards that do not have a corresponding updated waiver form on file will not be activated.

 

If you are requesting reactivation of your existing card, make sure you write the card number on the form before submission. There is no fee for reactivation. If the current owner has an existing card number on file from 2019 and a new card requested, the replacement processing fee will be applied to the property's account. 

 

Pool cards will be activated on the pool opening date.
