We hope that you are all familiar with and following the recent “Stay Safe, Stay Home” order issued by Williamson County.  

 

To follow government guidelines and orders, the Association Board of Directors has delayed the pool opening and closed the playscape. Also, the Board Meeting scheduled for May 20 and the Annual Meeting tentatively scheduled for June 30 will be delayed if needed.

 

As you know, the pool has a gate system to prevent unlawful entry, but the playscape does not. We’ve posted “Closed” notices over the existing playscape signs and are sending this email to owners.

 

It is beyond the Association’s legal scope and infrastructure to attempt to prevent access to already-publicly accessible areas. The Association is not and will not attempt to be a law or public health enforcement entity.
