In preparation for the 2020 Annual Meeting of Members scheduled for
September 23, 2020, the Board of Directors for Turtle Creek Village Owners
Association, Inc. is soliciting nominations for one (1) position on the Board
of Directors for a three (3) year term.
Schedule:
8/11 - Nomination form posted to website and sent by email
8/27 - Nominations deadline
8/28 - Update absentee ballot, agenda, and meeting notice - send for printing/fulfillment
9/3 - Email zoom meeting info
9/5 - Send voting invitations
9/5 - Online voting starts
9/22 - Voting stops
9.23 - Virtual meeting
