Members are required to renew their Member account yearly, as the website is set to expire all Member accounts on March 1 each year.
Account expiration/renewal notifications are automatically emailed to all Active status Members prior to their account’s expiration date, once at 15 days prior, again at 5 days prior, and finally upon the account’s expiration.
If you receive an expiration/renewal notification, and:
- You have sold your TCV property, do not renew. Instead, email the web admin with your old property address to remove your account and prevent future notifications.
- You still own your TCV property, self-renew in just 3 clicks.

If you do not self-renew, your Member account status automatically sets to Expired. In Expired status:
- The website allows your log in.
- Your Member account is treated as Public.
- Your account’s access to member-only content is disabled.

✅ To Self-Renew your TCV Member account in 3 clicks:
Your Renewal Date (which is also your Expiration Date) will auto-populate in the Your Membership drop-down.
The
Renew your Membership option is also available in
Your Profile.
2️⃣ Click Renew Your Membership.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
Your default values auto-populate in the
Renewal Options section. These values can only be modified by the
web admin.
- Item: General Membership
- Qty: 1
- Total: $0.00
3️⃣ When your details are confirmed, click Save.
A confirmation message populates.
