Welcome to our TCV News, a free public-view feature offered by our Association. This feature allows us to post information and announcements on our website to inform our Members in a public format. 

The TCV News feature consists of 2 parts:
  • A News Articles page showing articles in a listing format, along with a summary and a Read More link.
  • An Archive page with articles accessed through a Year/Month format.

We encourage Members to submit your own content for new articles using the online TCV News Article Submission form.


Browsing our TCV News is public, and Members can also:
  • Submit their content for new articles.
  • Add comments to existing articles.

‼️  Articles can only be added or edited by the web admin, but comments can be added by a Member on the article’s page.

Expiration and Renewal
 
This feature does not use an Active or Expired status (as found in other features). This means that there are no expiration or renewal notifications for posted articles.

You can, however specify an End Date for the article with your submitted content in the TCV News Article Submission form online. In the absence of an End Date, a posted article remains posted unless manually deleted by the web admin

Once an article is removed, either by meeting the End Date or by the web admin, it is no longer accessible to the Member. There is no Member process to renew a removed article, but we recommend you submit a new article for approval.

❇️ To submit your own content for a new article:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Complete the online TCV News Article Submission form.
  3. With all questions answered, click Submit
 
The article submission form requires the following information:
  • Submitter Name
  • Submitter Email Address
  • Display Start Date
  • Display Stop Date
  • Allow Comments
  • Short description for mini-view
  • Long Text Version (Optional Read More)
Submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your article will post.

❇️ To add your comment to a posted article:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Locate the article in TCV News.
  3. Click Read more…
  4. Click Add Comment on the article page.
  5. Enter your Comment text.
  6. Click Add Comment.
Submissions require approval for posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your comment will post. 

❇️ To edit your article content after it is approved, the web admin with your edits. 

❇️ To edit your comment after it is approved:
Available to the submitting Member.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Locate the article in TCV News.
  3. Click Read more…
  4. In the Comments section, locate your comment and click edit.
  5. Edit your Comments text. 
  6. Click Submit.
Edits to comments do not require approval and post immediately.

⛱️ Request a Pool Card


Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.
