Site Search Help

The Site Search feature (the magnifying glass icon in the top menu) of any page allows website users to search for specific keywords on the website. Results are shown in list format, organized by page.

If you are having trouble finding the information you are looking for, you can use the Site Search to locate keywords related to the information.

‼️ If you have any issues working with Site Search,

the website admin.

❇️ To perform a keyword search of the website:

1. To open Site Search, click the magnifying glass icon in the top menu next to Your Profile.

2. In Site Search, enter your keyword(s) and click Search.

3. The search results list pages that contain your keyword(s), if available. Click a page link to view the containing page with your keyword(s) highlighted.

If Site Search is not helpful in finding your information, you can send your questions, comments, concerns, etc. to a Board member, the management company, or the website admin by clicking Contact Us below.

Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key:

A replacement fee applies.
All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).
