Having trouble logging in to your Member account?

✅ If you are able to log in to your account, you can Change Username or Change Password in Your Profile.

⛔️ If you are unable to log in, our website offers two self-service options for getting into your account:

Forgot Username
Forgot Password

Both options are available on the Login page.

‼️ If this does not solve your log-in issue,

the website admin.

▶️ Forgot Username

Your first Username is the email address you entered during your registration. If you changed or cannot remember your Username, the website can send your Username to the email address for your account.

On the Login page, click Forgot Username.
Enter the Email Address associated with your Member account.
Click Submit. A confirmation message populates.
Check your email inbox for a Turtle Creek Village email from webadmin@turtlecreekrrtx.com.
Log in to test your Username.

‼️ If this does not solve your log-in issue,

the website admin.

▶️ Forgot Password

If you changed or cannot remember your Password, the website can send a link to change your Password to the email address associated with your Member account.

On the Login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the Email Address associated with your Member account.
Click Submit. A confirmation message populates.
Check your email inbox for a Turtle Creek Village email from webadmin@turtlecreekrrtx.com. Click the link provided.
On the Reset Password page:
1. Enter your Username.
2. Enter your New Password.
3. Re-enter to Confirm your New Password.
Click Submit. A confirmation message populates.
Click Login to test your Password.

Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key:

A replacement fee applies.
All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

⛔️ Report a Suspected Violation

Report suspected violations:

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).

Submit your request using the Architectural Modifications Request Form online.
