Change Your Username or Password

⚠️ If you are unable to log in, Forgot Username or Forgot Password in Log-In Problems?.

 
When you are able to log in, you can Change Username and Change Password in Your Profile
 
 

‼️ If you have any issues changing your Username or Password, the web admin.

▶️  Change Username
Your first Username is the email address you entered during your registration.
 
If you want to change your Username:

  1. On Your Profile, click Change Username.
  2. Verify your log in information:
    1. If your credentials auto populate, skip to the next step.
    2. If your credentials do not auto populate, enter Your Current Username and Your Current Password.



  3. Enter your New Username.
  4. Click Submit.



  5. A confirmation message populates. Login to test your new Username.


‼️ If this does not solve your login issue, the web admin.

▶️  Change Password
 
If you want to change your Password:
 
  1. On Your Profile, click Change Password.
  2. On the Change Your Password page:
    1. If your credentials auto populate, skip to the next step. 
    2. if your credentials do not auto populate, enter Your Current Username and Your Current Password.



  3. Enter your New Password.
  4. Enter your new password again to Confirm New Password.
  5. Click Submit.



  6. A confirmation message populates. Log in to test your Password.

Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.
