Welcome to our TCV Member Directory, a free member-only service offered by our Association. Being a member-only service, this feature will not open without log in..
 
The Member Directory lists the profile information of website Members whose account is in Active status. Member accounts in any other status do not show in the directory.


‼️ If you have any issues working in the Member Directory, the website admin.

❇️ To locate a Member listing:
Available to Members and the web admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Info submenu, click TCV Member Directory (Member Only).
  3. Use a method below to find the Member:
    1. Scroll the listing view in the TCV Member Directory.
    2. Perform a search in the TCV Member Directory, choosing which piece of profile information to search in the Select drop-down: 
      • Add date
      • Email address
      • First or last name
      • Membership title
      • Property title (address)
Once you have located the Member in the listing view, you can click View to open the Member’s full profile.

❇️ To locate and view a Member’s full profile:
Available to Members and the website admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Info submenu, click TCV Member Directory (Member Only).
  3. Scroll the list or perform a search to find the Member listing
  4. Click View in the Member’s listing.
The Member’s full profile opens, based on the Members view settings.

❇️ Default Information that shows in the Member Directory
Available to Members and the website admin.
 
By default, the saved information in your profile fields that show in your listing view in the TCV Member Directory include:
  • First and last name
  • TCV property address
  • Email address
By default, the saved information in your profile fields that show in your profile view in the TCV Member Directory include:
  • Add date
  • Property name (address)
  • Property group
  • Membership title
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Photo albums

Default View Settings for the Member Directory
 
The view setting controls which pieces of your saved account information show, and for who it shows, in the TCV Member Directory
 
In Your Profile > Update Your Directory Preferences, you can change your view setting for each field in the Fields & Preferences section. Available view settings include:
  • Everyone can see (default)
  • Only other members can see
  • Hidden from all
Because our Member Directory is set to member only (requiring Member log in to access the Member Directory) and we only have one member type, setting a field to Everyone can see or Only other members can see options bring the same result. Everyone and only members are the same because log in is required. The Hidden from all option means that that field will not show for anyone. 
 
By default, the following profile information appear in your Member Profile in the Member Directory. You can change the view setting for each of the following pieces of your saved profile information:
  • Add date
  • Property name (address)
  • Property group
  • Membership title
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Photo albums

❇️ To Change your Default View Settings:
Available to Members and the website admin. 

The Update Directory Preferences option in Your Profile allows you to choose a view setting for each piece of your information, thus controlling which fields show, and for who it shows, in your Member Directory profile. For each of the listed pieces listed above, you can choose your desired view setting.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Click Your Profile at the top of my page.
  3. Click Update Directory Preferences.
  4. In the Fields and Preferences section of the form, choose a view setting for each option:
    • Everyone can see (public view - default)
    • Only other members can see (requires Member log in)
    • Hidden from all (shows for no one)
  5. Click Save.
Changes to your view settings do not require approval and take effect immediately.

❇️ To change your saved Profile Information:
Available to Members and the website admin.

The steps below are for changing the information saved for each piece of your account profile. This saved information shows in its corresponding field in your Member Directory profile.  
 
To change which pieces of your account information that show in your Member Directory profile and for who it shows, Change your Default View Settings.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Click Your Profile at the top of any page.
  3. Click option for the information to change. Add or update the information that (by default) show in your Member Directory profile: 
    • Add Profile Photo (shows in profile view)
    • Update Photo Albums (shows in profile view)
    • Update Profile (shows in listing view)
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email Address
      • TCV Address
  4. Add your photos or make your changes to the form, as needed.
  5. Click Submit.
Changes to your saved profile information do not require approval and t post immediately.

Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:

3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.
