Pet Directory Help

Welcome to our TCV Pet Directory, a free public-view feature offered by our Association.
 
 
Browsing pet listings is public, and Members can:
  • Submit their pet(s) to the directory.
  • Edit or remove their pet profiles.
  • Request a new pet category ( the web admin).
  • Remove their pet profile from the directory.
Pet Directory submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your pet profile:
  • Posts to the public directory.
  • Appears marked as (New) for 30 days.
  • Sets to Active status for 730 days/2 years.
  • Can be edited by the submitting Member.
At the end of the 2-year Active period, your pet profile automatically:
  • Sets to Expired status.
  • Removes from the directory. 
  • Can no longer be viewed or edited by the submitting Member.
After your pet profile sets to Expired status and removes from the directory, we recommend that you submit a new, updated pet profile for approval.
 

Expiration Notifications
This feature does not send expiration notifications. We recommend that, when you receive your approval notification, you set a renewal reminder on your electronic calendar, as needed.

❇️ To browse the pet directory:
(Public view)
  1. In the TCV Info submenu, click TCV Pet Directory.
  2. In the TCV Pet Directory, you have a few view options:
    • For a listing view of pet photos with a partial profile, select an option in the Browse by Category drop-down:
      • Cats
      • Dogs
    • For a large, photos-only, scroll view of pets, click View Slideshow of all Pets

❇️ To view a specific pet profile:
(Public view)
  1. In the TCV Pet Directory, select a Category in the drop-down:
    • Dogs
    • Cats
  2. In the category’s listing view, locate a pet in the listing view.
  3. Click the pet's name to open the pet’s profile.
  4. The pet profile shows all information submitted by the owner.

❇️ To submit your pet profile:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Pet Directory, click Add your Pet.
  3. Complete the Pet’s Details section:
    • Select a Category in the drop-down:
      • Dogs
      • Cats
    • Pet's Name
    • Breed
    • Primary Color
    • Size/Weight
    • Description of Pet
    • Other Comments
    • How to Contact (required)
  4. Upload up to 5 photos of your pet. (required)
  5. Click Submit.
❗️If you want to add a new pet Category, the web admin before completing your submission.
 
Pet Directory submissions require approval before posting.

❇️ To edit your pet profile: 
Available to Members, while the pet profile is in Active status.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Pet Directory, choose a Category in the drop-down:
    • Dogs
    • Cats
  3. Locate your pet in the listing view. 
  4. Click edit your pet to open the Pet’s Details form.
  5. Modify fields as needed.
  6. Click Save.
Edits to pet profiles do not require approval and post immediately.

❇️ To remove your pet profile:
Available to Members, while the pet profile is in Active status.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Pet Directory, choose a Category in the drop-down:
    • Dogs 
    • Cats
  3. Locate your pet in the listing view.
  4. Click edit your pet to open the Pet’s Details form. 
  5. Set the Status field to Expired
  6. Click Save.
Changes to the Status of your pet profile do not require approval, and your pet profile removes immediately.

❇️ To renew an Expired or missing pet profile:
 
After your pet profile is set to Expired status and removes from the directory, we recommend that you submit a new, updated pet profile for approval.

⛱️ Request a Pool Card
Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).
