Welcome to our TCV Classifieds, a free public-view feature offered by our Association.
 
Our Classifieds feature allows the submission of classifieds, no log in required. Submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your classified will post.
 
Approved classifieds:
  • Automatically post.
  • Appear as New for 10 days.
  • Sets to Active status for a default maximum of 90 days.
At the end of the 90-day Active period, a posted classified automatically:
When in Expired status, a classified cannot be renewed. You should submit a new classified for approval.
 
Expiration Notifications

This feature does not send expiration notifications when listings are close to their expiration date. We recommend that, when you receive your approval notification, you set a re-submit reminder on your electronic calendar, as needed.

 


‼️ If you have any issues working with the Classifieds,  the web admin.

❇️ To submit your classified: 
No log in required.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Info submenu, click TCV Classifieds.
  3. On the TCV Classifieds page, click Submit your Classified.
  4. Complete the form: 
    • Category
      • Select a Category in the drop-down, or
      • Enter a Category name in the Create New field
    • Item
    • Price
    • Description
    • Contact Line (phone or email)
    • Expiration Date (maximum 90 days, even if you enter longer)
  5. Upload up to 5 photos.
  6. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox and follow the Captcha instructions.
  7. Click Submit.
Submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your classified will post.

❇️ To edit a posted classified during its Active period:
Available to the submitting Member and the web admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. On the TCV Classifieds page, locate your classified you want to edit. 
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update the form fields, as needed: 
    • Category
    • Item
    • Price
    • Description
    • Contact Line (phone or email)
    • Expiration Date
  5. Upload up to 5 or Delete previously uploaded photos.
  6. Click Submit.
Edits do not require approval and post immediately. 

❇️ To remove a posted classified during its Active period:
Available to the submitting Member and the web admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. On the TCV Classifieds page, locate the classified you want to remove. 
  3. Click Edit
  4. Change the Expiration Date to a date before today.
  5. Click Submit.
This sets the status to Expired and removes from our TCV Classifieds. Changes to the Expiration Date field do not require approval and post immediately. 

❇️ To renew an Expired classified:
Renewing is not available for this feature. When in Expired status, either by changing the Expiration Date field or by reaching the 90-day maximum, you can submit a new classified.

❇️ To edit or remove a classified submitted without log in:
Available to the web admin.

⛱️ Request a Pool Card
Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).
