Photo Album Help

Welcome to our Photo Album, a free public-view feature offered by our Association.
 

Browsing our posted albums and photos is public, and Members can:
  • Request a new album for uploading their photo(s).
  • Submit their photos to an existing album.
  • Submit comments to a posted photo.
  • View/Modify their posted photos, including sizing and rotation.
  • Delete their posted photo(s).
Submitted photos and comments require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email. 
 
Expiration / Renewal
There are no automatic expiration or renewal settings for the TCV Photo Album. After posting, photos and comments remain posted until removed by the submitting Member or by the website admin


‼️ If you have any issues working with the Photo Album, the website admin.

❇️ To browse our posted albums and photos, click TCV Photo Album in the TCV Info submenu.

❇️ To request a new album for photos you want to upload, complete the online TCV Photo Album Request form. When the album is ready, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your album will be added.

❇️ To submit your photos to an existing album:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. When viewing an album page, click Submit Your Own Photo.
  3. Choose your file to submit.
  4. Enter a Title for your photo.
  5. Enter a Description for your photo.
  6. Click Add Photo.
A confirmation message will populate:
New Photo Added Successfully and Waiting for Admin Approval.
 
Submitted photos require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your photo will post.

❇️ To submit a comment to an existing photo:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. When viewing an album page, click the photo.
  3. On the photo page, click Add a Comment below the photo.
  4. Enter your Comment text. 
  5. Click Add Comment
A confirmation message will populate:
New Comment Added Successfully and Waiting for Admin Approval.
 
Submitted comments require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your comment will post.

❇️ To edit your posted photo:
Available to Members. the website admin if you need help.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Photo Album, click My Photos.
  3. On the View/Modify page, select the photo you want to edit.
  4. Click Edit and modify the photo’s details, as needed:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Rotation
  5. Click Save.
A confirmation message will populate:
Thank you. Changes Saved Successfully

❇️ To delete your posted photo:
Available to Members. the website admin if you need help.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. In the TCV Photo Album, click My Photos.
  3. On the View/Modify page, select the photo you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete
  5. For the Delete this item? confirmation, click OK.
A confirmation message populates.

⛱️ Request a Pool Card


Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).
