Welcome to our TCV Business Directory, a free public-view feature offered by our Association.

Tasks available in the Business Directory include:

‼️ If you have any issues working with the Business Directory, the web admin.

Submissions Without Log In
Without log in, users:
  • Can submit a business listing for approval.
  • If approved and posted, cannot edit or remove the listing. 
  • Cannot submit reviews for any listing. Submitting Reviews.
Submissions by Members
After log in, Members: 
  • Can submit a business listing for approval.
  • If approved and posted, can edit their own business listing.
  • Can submit a listing review for approval.
  • If approved and posted, can edit their reviews for other listings.
The web admin can manage all business listings and reviews, if needed.

Approval
All submissions, with or without log in, require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your submission will post.

Active Status
Approved submissions automatically:
  • (Listings) Post for public view in the chosen category.
  • (Reviews) Post for public view in the chosen listing. 
  • Set to Active status for a period of 2 years.
  • Appear in the directory, marked as New for 30 days.
  • Set to allow Members to submit reviews.
  • Set edit permissions for the submitting Member.
  • Set edit and delete permissions for the web admin.

Expired Status
At the end of the 2-year Active period, your business listing automatically sets to Expired status. Expiration Notifications
 
When set to Expired status, the business listing:
  • Removes from the directory, along with all attached reviews.
  • Can only be accessed by the web admin

Renewal
An expired or deleted business listing cannot be renewed. Instead, you should submit a new, updated business listing for approval. 
 

❇️ To submit your business listing for approval:
No log in required.
  1. Log in to your Member account, recommended.
  2. In the TCV Info submenu, click TCV Business Directory.
  3. In the TCV Business Directory, click Add a New Business.
  4. Enter your business details:
    • Category
    • Company Name
    • Service Area
    • Company Description
    • Services You Provide
    • Address
    • Primary Phone Number
    • Secondary Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    • Email Address
    • Website
  5. Include Coupon details, if applicable.
  6. Click Submit.
All submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your listing will post

❇️ To edit a posted business listing (submitted by a Member):
Only available to the submitting Member and the web admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Locate your listing on its category page in the TCV Business Directory.
  3. Locate your business in the listing. 
  4. Click edit in your listing row.
  5. Edit your business details form, as needed.
  6. Edit your Coupon details, as needed.
  7. Click Save.
Edits to business listings do not require approval and post immediately.

❇️ To delete a posted business listing, the web admin.

❇️ To submit a review for a posted business listing:
Available to Members.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Locate the listing on the category page in the TCV Business Directory.
  3. Click the link in the listing row. 
  4. On the business details page, click Submit your Review.
  5. Complete the New Review form, including:
    • Title for your review
    • Brief Summary of Services Provided
    • Date Services Were Provided
    • Positive Comments - Provide specific details
    • Negative Comments - Provide specific details
    • Recommend to Others?
  6. Complete the Rate form, including:
    • Overall
    • Price
    • Quality 
    • Responsiveness
    • Punctuality
    • Professionalism
    • Final Results 
  7. When complete, click Submit.
All submissions require approval before posting. If approved, you will receive an approval notification by email, and your review will post to the business’ page.

❇️ To edit a posted review that you submitted:
Available to the submitting Member and the web admin.
  1. Log in to your Member account.
  2. Locate the listing on the category page in the TCV Business Directory.
  3. Click the link in the listing row. 
  4. On the business’ details page, scroll, and locate your review.
  5. Click edit for your review. The Review form populates as submitted.
  6. Update the Review form fields, as needed.
  7. Update the Rate form fields, as needed.
  8. When complete, click Save.
Edits to reviews do not require approval and post immediately. 

❇️ To delete a posted review, the web admin.

❌ Submitting Reviews:
Limitation: The Admin Panel review setting only permits Members to submit reviews. The option to submit a review is not available without log in.
 
❌ Expiration Notifications:
Limitation: This feature does not send expiration notifications. We recommend that, when you receive your approval notification, you set a renewal reminder in your electronic calendar, if needed.

⛱️ Request a Pool Card


Choose your request type and submit your card key request using the Pool Card Waiver Form online:
1️⃣ First/new owner
2️⃣ Reactivation
3️⃣ Replacement

‼️ When replacing a card key: 
  • A replacement fee applies.
  • All previous card keys assigned to the property are disabled.

Report a Violation for information about these reporting methods, confirming information, and the full process in general, including a report timeline from report submission through notices and fines, to Board-referral to legal (if not corrected through the violations process).
