October 25, 2024: The Director Nomination period is closed.
For 2024, one nomination was received - Shelly Wright. Shelly will be re-elected by acclamation during the Annual Meeting of the Members.
Online Voting - Election BuddyFor online voting, Association members with an email contact on file with the management company will be notified for online voting through electionbuddy.com.
Paper Ballots - PDFFor ballot voting, Association members with no email contact on file with the management company must submit the paper election ballot, available on the website when ready.
2024 Nomination Period
Nominations for the 2024 open Director position were accepted between October 14-24, 2024.
- Call for nominations was noticed on October 14 with an email from the management company owner database, an email to registered website user accounts, a post to the Facebook group, and a new page on the TCV website.
- A reminder was noticed on October 22 with an email from the management company owner database, an email to registered website user accounts, and an additional post to the Facebook group.
The nomination period for 2024 closed on October 25.
The Board of Directors for Turtle Creek Village Owners Association, Inc. is requesting nominations for one (1) Director position on the Board of Directors.
All Directors must be Members (named owners) of the Master Association, and each Director position is elected to serve a term of three (3) years. All requirements for serving as a Board Director are specified in Article III of our
Bylaws.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for the open Director position, submit your Director Nomination Form before close of business October 24, 2024. If not received by the deadline, your nomination will not be included on the election ballot.

When making a Director nomination for the Board, you must provide some nominee information for voters to review when making their decision. Requested information includes:
- Nominee name and TCV address
- If submitted by another, submitter name and TCV address
- If submitted by another, confirm approval by nominee
- Length of time in TCV
- Any shareable family information
- Any related work or other experience
- Any related neighborhood or interaction experiences
- Reasons or goals for serving as a board member
To convene the meeting and conduct association business, we must meet a quorum of 10% of homeowners that either:
- Attend the meeting, or
- Submit a proxy
