The Turtle Creek Village Owner’s Association is sponsoring a neighborhood outdoor decoration Holiday Contest. TCV neighbors and residents must be nominated by addresses to be included, with photos and voting hosted on the TCV website.
The contest will have 2 categories with 4 winners.
Single Family
- First Place receives a $100 Gift Card and a 1st Place yard sign.
- Second Place receives a $50 Gift Card and a 2nd Place yard sign.
- Third Place receives a $25 Gift Card and a 3rd Place yard sign.
Townhome
- First Place receives a $50 Gift Card and a 1st Place yard sign.
Holiday Contest Basics
This contest is presented and governed by the TCV Social Committee. Any questions or issues not addressed by the following contest description or by a subsequent contest notice will be addressed by the committee, if needed.
For our 2024 Holiday Contest:
- Nominations can be submitted online using the online 2024 Nomination Form.
- Nominations must be received no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
- Nominations and photos will post and online voting will occur on the 2024 Holiday Contest page of the TCV website starting Thursday, December 12, 2024.
- Winners will be notified and generally announced on Wednesday, December 18, 2023.
Holiday Contest Notifications
This contest and related information will be noticed, by:
- Emails to owners who have an email address listed with the management company and/or TCV website.
- Dedicated Holiday Contest Process and 2024 Holiday Contest pages on the TCV website.
- Events on the TCV website calendar.
- Posts in the TCV Facebook group.
Holiday Contest Nominations
All Single Family and Townhome TCV addresses are eligible and welcome to participate.
- You may nominate yourself or any neighbor, regardless of occupancy type (owner or tenant).
- Nominations will be identified online for voting by address, not by name.
- Nominations (information and photos) can be submitted online using the 2024 Nomination Form.
Completed nominations must include the following:

The nomination information and digital photos you submit will be posted on the
2024 Holiday Contest page and used for online voting.
Photo Note: The committee is not responsible for taking photos of nominations. The nomination form requires you to attach 1 digital photo, with the option to attach 2 additional photos. Additional photos may post smaller than the required photo. If needed, the committee will, in its sole discretion, choose which photos to post.

Holiday Contest Voting
Online voting will be hosted on the
2024 Holiday Contest page during the voting period defined below.
- User log-in is not required to cast your vote.
- Voters may select up to 3 Single Family nominations and 1 Townhome nomination in each vote.
- Voting availability will be noticed as described in Contest Notifications.
2024 Voting Note: If the number of nominees exceeds the website’s survey feature limit, the voting process will change to a format similar to the Nomination Form, hosted by Adobe Sign. If needed, voting information will be updated and noticed as described in
Contest Notifications.
- Starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, and
- Ending at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2024.

Holiday Contest Winners
Contest winners are determined by the total number of votes received via online voting.
Winning nominees will be notified directly using the contact method provided in the nomination. A Board member will coordinate delivery or pick up of the winner’s gift card and the 1st-, 2nd-, or 3rd-Place yard sign.

Winners will be notified and generally announced on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

You can complete the online 2024 Nomination Form (hosted by Adobe Sign). TCV website log in is not required, but Adobe requires your email address to send a confirmation email and complete your submission.

For 2024, we are using a new third-party extension for online nominations. To ensure your nomination submits as expected, email the website admin (step 11) so we can confirm receipt in the Adobe dashboard. |
Complete and submit the online nomination form.
- When prompted, click Continue on the acknowledgement statement.
- In the header bar (noting required field(s) remaining), click Start.
- Required Enter the nominated TCV address.
(indicate if Townhome)
- If available Enter any nominee occupant information.
(name and contact - especially important if non-owner occupied)
- Required Attach digital photos of your nomination, see note.
- Required Enter the Name and TCV address of the submitter.
- Click Finish.
- When prompted, click Submit.
- Enter your Name and Email, and click Submit.
- When prompted, follow the on-screen instructions for verifying your email address to finalize submission acceptance.
- Email the website admin so we can confirm your online submission was received.
